A new ecological distillery: Innovating for responsible production

We are proud to announce the imminent commissioning of our ecological distillery, scheduled for the end of the year. This innovative project is part of our commitment to more responsible, environmentally-friendly production. Thanks to the integration of sustainable technologies such as an electric boiler powered in part by solar panels and an adiabatic cooler to minimize water consumption, our distillery represents a major step towards greener production.

A distillery powered in part by solar energy!

One of the most remarkable aspects of our new distillery is its electric boiler, powered in part by a network of solar panels. By using a renewable energy source to power the entire distillation process, we are significantly reducing our carbon footprint.

Plant distillation traditionally requires large amounts of energy to heat the water and extract the hydrolats and essential oils. By integrating solar panels, we reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and promote self-sufficient production.

This means that our products are not only of outstanding quality, but are also manufactured in a more environmentally-friendly way.

Reducing water consumption with an adiabatic cooler

Water is a precious resource, and our distillery is designed to minimize its use. Cooling is an essential step in the distillation process, where steam is condensed to produce essential oils and hydrolats. To achieve this, we have opted for an adiabatic cooleran advanced technology that uses evaporation to reduce air temperature and cool the liquid efficiently.

Unlike conventional cooling systems, which can waste large quantities of water, the adiabatic cooler recovers and reuses water in the process. As a result, our water consumption for cooling is virtually nil, as it is in a closed circuit, while maintaining optimum cooling efficiency. This environmentally-friendly solution enables us to meet our sustainability objectives, even in regions where water can be a limited resource.

Expanding production capacity

Our eco-friendly distillery is equipped with a 1000-litercapable of processing large quantities of plants to extract their precious essences. But we don't intend to stop there. In the near future, we plan to add a 1500 liter to our equipment, increasing our production capacity to meet growing demand while maintaining our commitment to the environment.

These large volumes enable us to produce large quantities of hydrolats and essential oils in a single distillation run, while optimizing our energy resources and reducing raw material losses. By using quality materials and integrating the latest technologies, we ensure that each distillation cycle takes place under the best possible conditions.

One step closer to sustainable production!

The commissioning of this ecological distillery is a project that goes far beyond mere technical innovation. It's a global approach to respecting the environment and preserving resources. By combining a solar-powered electric boiler with an adiabatic cooler, we are opting for sustainable production that respects nature and future generations.

These technological innovations not only enable us to limit our environmental impact, they also enhance the quality of our products. Indeed, eco-responsible production guarantees that our hydrolats and essential oils are the fruit of a clean process, with no compromise on quality.

Conclusion: a greener future for distillation!

Our new ecological distillery, with its solar electric boiler and adiabatic cooler, reflects our determination to transform our production methods to make them more sustainable and more respectful of the planet. By investing in clean technologies and increasing our production capacity with the addition of a 1500-litre vat, we are committed to meeting growing demand while remaining true to our ecological values.

We look forward to seeing this new distillery up and running by the end of the year, and to sharing the results of this innovation with you. Together, we're building a future where the quality of our products goes hand in hand with respect for the environment.
