Our sincere and transparent relationship

The relationship of trust we have built up with our growers helps us to better understand the difficulties they face. We support them financially by pre-financing crops and respecting contracts and prices, despite market fluctuations.

We regularly visit our farms and share our experience and skills to improve their cultivation and production methods, in order to reconcile yield, respect for the environment and production quality.

To help our customers in their quest for quality and improvement, we make available the technical expertise of our regulatory and quality departments. We share all analyses performed and interpreted, as well as regulatory documentation for all products purchased.

Our production and sales teams respond as quickly and effectively as possible to their expectations and problems. Indeed, the advantage of a very small company is its responsiveness and flexibility, enabling us to prepare our customers' orders within a day or two!

With local development in mind, we have chosen to locate in rural areas.

We provide financial support for local social integration associations, and some of our growers are involved in humanitarian actions. In this way, we are committed to working alongside them in social initiatives aimed at improving working conditions for harvesters.

We employ 40% of our staff within a radius of less than 10 km, and 100% within a radius of less than 30 km.

Work organization is tailored to individual needs, and we offer flexible working hours.

Each employee is given responsibility and is involved to the maximum in the company's development.

Our QHSE department also pays close attention to the occupational health and safety of all our employees, with regular inspections of facilities and an attentive ear to the need to improve work tools.

Despite our small size, we take it to heart to contribute, in our own way, to the professionalization of young people, not only by accepting interns every year, but also by hiring a trainee for two years to give her total immersion in our laboratory, with plenty of freedom to develop her knowledge and creativity.

Lunch breaks take place in a pleasant setting, both indoors and outdoors, where everyone can meet and exchange ideas.

Social commitment

Our relationships of trust with our partners

The relationship between a supplier and a company rests on three essential pillars: knowledge, trust and the fight against adulteration. Below is an explanation of the importance of these aspects in a lasting business relationship.

1. Getting to know each other

In-depth knowledge between supplier and buyer is crucial to effective collaboration. When the company has a good understanding of its supplier's capabilities, processes and constraints, it can better anticipate deadlines, negotiate more suitable terms and ensure that the supplier meets the required quality standards. On the other hand, a supplier who is well-informed about its customer's needs will be better able to customize its products or services, thus improving customer satisfaction. This mutual knowledge helps reduce misunderstandings and promotes smoother, more productive collaboration.

2. Trust

Trust is another key factor in bringing supplier-Terra Provence closer together.

A relationship based on trust enhances transparency, communication and problem-solving. Indeed, a trusted supplier will not hesitate to inform the company of any difficulties or unforeseen events, enabling quick and efficient decision-making. In addition, mutual trust reduces the need for excessive monitoring, simplifies contracts and lowers transaction costs, as both parties know they are honouring their commitments.

3. Combating adulteration

Product adulteration, i.e. the modification or falsification of a product for economic or technical reasons, is a major issue for quality and safety. A closer relationship between supplier and company, based on solid knowledge and mutual trust, helps to prevent these risks. Indeed, when a company has a close relationship with its supplier, it can implement stricter quality controls and partnerships to guarantee product integrity. This shared vigilance reduces the risk of adulteration, preserves the company's reputation and protects consumers.
