Obtained by steam distillation of fresh bigarade flowers, organic neroli hydrosol is produced once a year. From this distillation also comes organic neroli essential oil; you need to distill around 1000kg of flowers to obtain 1kg of essential oil! Yields are not always high, as this flower is very sensitive to spring weather.
